The network Banlieues d’Europe, on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, is organizing a three day event showcasing creative neighbourhoods in Europe , from 25-28 November in Lyon and its suburbs. For three days, Banlieues d’Europe invites Europe to Lyon and offers the opportunity to discover and discuss participatory artistic and cultural projects conducted with people who are born in places "outlawed" in France, but also in Northern Ireland, England, Germany, Italy, Romania, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, Spain.
