To promote young people's access to culture, the European Commission has published a study on young people's access to culture, undertaken by the Interarts Foundation. The study provides an overview of policies and practices and devices developed by national authorities or other organisations in the various Member States. This study also analyzes the main obstacles to participation in youth culture (especially financial and geographical) and outlines a series of recommendations and strategies to be developed at all levels of governance.
