EUROPE AND INDIA – TOGETHER AGAIN…
The European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, Vice-President of the Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Ashton, and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, attended the signing of the joint declaration calling for strengthening relations between Indian and European peoples through dialogue in the cultural field.
