The Council of Europe Intercultural Cities program has been invited to a conference organised by the European Coalition of Cities against Racism (ECCAR). It will take place on 17-20 November 2010 in the city of Upsala, Sweden. It will focus on the how local authorities can counteract discrimination on the basis of ECCAR's ten point plan of action and promote the development of an inclusive urban society based on equality and solidarity.
