EC OFFERS SUPPORT ACROSS THE GLOBE…
A call for proposals has been published under the programmeInvesting in People (2007-2013). Available for ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) cultural operators, the call focuses on cultural governance and strengthening capacities of non-state actors in the cultural sector. The organisation of cultural or artistic activities must not be the main objective of proposed actions. It is a restricted Call for Proposals, and, in the first instance, only Concept Notes must be submitted for evaluation. The deadline is 19 November 2010.
