NEW BLOOD IN THE ARTERY(IAL)…
Carole Karemera has been appointed Deputy Secretary General designate of Arterial Network for the arts in Africa. Ms Karemera currently serves as the country representative for Rwanda, is fluent in French and English, has extensive networks in Africa and Europe, and is recognised as a dancer, stage and screen actor and choreographer. She will take up her appointment formally from January 2011.
