NOW THAT’S CRAFTY…
ArtisanConnect is a web portal for the crafts community developed by the International Trade Centre, a UNCTAD/WTO agency. Artisanconnect is dedicated to supporting trade in crafts from developing countries and offers information sources on markets, design, techniques and projects to artisans and provides updates on trade fairs and other related events worldwide. It also hosts an extensive database of organisations, glossaries, events and useful links. It endeavours to create intra-industry linkages, especially between developed and developing countries. Artisanconnect allows users to highlight or share their expertise and expand their network. One can contribute content to the site, discuss and comment on a particular document, find new contacts and business partners.
